• Registered rent agreement with utility bill.
• Bank statement from another account with address and IFSC details.

Employment Proof

• Recent salary slip issued by the employer.
• Employment or offer letter on company letterhead.
• Company ID card with photograph and designation.
• HR declaration or attestation of employee status.
• Bank-approved employer reference, if requested.

Photographs and Signature

• One or two recent passport-size photographs.
• Signature specimen on account opening form.
• Digital signature or e-KYC may be accepted for online applications.
• Photograph must match with ID proof.
• Signature must be consistent with documents submitted.

Account Opening Form

• Duly filled salary account opening form provided by the bank.
• Includes personal details, nominee information, and declaration.
• Must be signed and verified in original.
• Can be completed online for digital processing.
• In case of joint accounts, signatures of all holders are required.
