Most services provided by Hello Financer fall under professional consulting, advisory, compliance handling, and documentation support, which often involve external costs, labour, and time-sensitive processes. Therefore, refund eligibility varies based on service stage and completion status.
3. Cancellation Requests
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email:
- Requests made before service initiation may be eligible for full or partial refunds.
- Requests made after documentation or advisory work begins may incur charges for work already completed.
- Services involving third-party payments, filings, or government applications cannot be canceled once submitted.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payments or technical errors
- Service non-delivery due to internal issues.
- Inability to proceed due to regulatory constraints not caused by the client.
No refunds apply if:
- Client delays cause failure in processing
- Documents submitted are incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent.
- Third-party rejection occurs due to compliance issues beyond our control.
5. Processing Timeframes
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, subject to banking timelines. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Components
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Consultation fees
- Government filing charges
- Processing fees of banks or NBFCs
- Third-party evaluations or verification costs
7. Dispute Handling
All disputes will be addressed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Clients may escalate unresolved issues to our grievance team.
8. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy to comply with regulatory changes or to enhance customer experience.
