Identity Proof for All Holders

Address Proof for All Holders

  • Self-attestation is mandatory for all copies submitted.

Recent Passport Size Photographs

  • Each account holder must provide recent passport size color photographs.
  • Usually two to three photographs are required per person.
  • Photographs must match the appearance on ID proofs.
  • No group or black-and-white photos are accepted.
  • Photos are attached to account opening forms.

Duly Filled Account Opening Form

  • Joint account opening form must be completed and signed by all holders.
  • All relevant details must be filled accurately.
  • Signatures should match those on ID documents.
  • Any mode of operation must be clearly specified in the form.
  • Incomplete forms can delay account processing.

KYC Compliance and Additional Documents

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be completed for each holder.
  • PAN card is mandatory for KYC compliance.
  • Banks may require income proof for certain account types.
  • Nominee details can be added at the time of account opening.
  • Any other documents requested by the bank for special cases must be provided.
